IT Support Engineer - Windows, Mac, JAMF, Networking
A leading client are looking for an IT Support Engineer on a 4 month contract to support requests via the service desk, as well as build devices & escalate more complex problems.
Good knowledge of Mac OS support
* Remote / Deskside Support to end-users
* JAMF Pro knowledge
* Understanding of Networking & Servers
* Maintaining inventory database
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* General "can-do" service attitude
* Excellent time management skills and multi-tasking abilities within tight deadlines
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience in supporting Windows operating systems
* Good knowledge of Active Directory
* Experience with Apple Remote Desktop / Microsoft Remote Desktop
