Currently we are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join a creative company in Londonwhich is building out a brand new service desk.

The IT Support Engineer will be an integral member of the support team. You will provide a mixture of 1st & 2nd line support for users, troubleshooting issues across software and hardware.

Summary:

Role: IT Support Engineer

Location: London

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

Responsibilities:

Provide 1st / 2nd Line, face to face support to users.

Suggest and implement improvements to the service.

support a hybrid Windows and Mac environment.

Implement, install, configure, troubleshoot and evaluate all hardware, software and operating systems

Support LAN/WAN

Maintain documentation

Experience

Required:

  • Commercial experience supporting Windows OS
  • Commercial experience supporting Mac OS X
  • Commercial experience supporting Microsoft tech stack, including
    • Active Directory
    • Group Policy
    • MS Office
  • Understanding of networking
  • Excellent customer facing skills
