Currently we are looking for a Service Desk Engineer (2nd Line) to join a technology company in London.
The Service Desk Engineer will be an integral member of the support team. You will provide support at 2nd line for users, troubleshooting issues across software and hardware.
Summary:
Role: Service Desk Engineer
Location: London (Park Royal)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Responsibilities:
Provide 2nd Line, face to face support to users.
Implement, install, configure, troubleshoot and evaluate all hardware, software and operating systems
Support LAN/WAN
Maintain documentation
Experience
Required:
- Commercial experience supporting Windows OS
- Commercial experience supporting Mac OS X
- Commercial experience supporting Microsoft tech stack, including
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- MS Office
