You’ll be joining a truly global company that is huge on internal promotions. Your role as IT Support Analyst will be to provide 1st to 2nd line support to both onsite and remote users. You will be provided with a lot of progression and training to upskill yourself and become an skilled engineer.

Salary & benefits: up to £34,000 + up to 15% bonus + 3% Pension + Private Medical + 25 days / birthday / BH + more!

Location: London, 4 days a week onsite

Key Responsibilities as an IT Support Analyst:

  • O365 and Active Directory administration.
  • Initial triaging support for requests submitted via email to our ITSM tool.
  • Answering colleagues’ queries by providing technical support on our telephony system.
  • Supporting and troubleshooting OS and application incidents on both Windows and Mac devices.
  • Service request support to application and hardware requests.

Ideally as an IT Support Analyst you’ll have:

  • Technical experience in administering, supporting, and deploying Windows 11 and macOS
  • O365 application support including full Microsoft Office suite
  • Basic knowledge of networking
