First Line Support Analyst - Manchester (remote & flexible working)
My client are looking a First Line Support Analyst be responsible for their ticketing system and solving technical queries.
This role is looking for someone who has come from an IT / technical background who has the right people skills and attitude to provide efficient support to the wider IT team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business that offers career development, as there will be scope for the role in progress into either a junior development, IT security or IT ops role to assist on projects and programmes.
The role is initially 100% in line with government guidelines and will offer 2 days remote working post covid with flexible working hours. My client is paying up to £25,000 + package.
Solving technical queries over the phone and via email
Ensuring issues are fully closed off and communicated to clients
Managing multiple tickets at any one time
Meeting SLA's including fast phone pickups, client priority tickets and billability
Previous experience of working a IT Support and/or helpdesk role
A confident communicator
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of PC hardware and Software
