Role: IT Service Manager (Global Retail / Travel / Hospitality)

Location: Central London

Salary: £70,000 - 85,000 (+ 25% bonus & benefits)

I'm currently working with one of the world's leading sightseeing/tour operators who are actively seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager.

Reporting into the Head of IT Operations, the IT Service Delivery Manager is a new role that will hold accountability for the provision and development of end-to-end ITIL-based ITSM processes, business engagement strategy, and vendor/supplier management.

Required skills and capabilities:

  • ITIL Certified.
  • Demonstrable working knowledge across:
    • Service Delivery - managing mission-critical IT services, providing operational support and analysis, escalation and communication - incl. Incident Management, MIM, Problem Management
    • Service Management - managing the perception and expectation of the business.
    • Change and Transformation - supporting tactical and strategic IT/Business developments.
    • Governance and Compliance - ensuring IT meets regulatory requirements as outlined by SOX/ISO27001.
    • IT Vendor/Supplier Management.
  • Experience building out new service delivery capabilities.
  • Communication - A confident individual with strong communication capability that is able to liaise with internal stakeholders and represent the focus/priorities of the group to internal and external organisations.
  • Relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Experience in the Retail, Hospitality, or Travel & Tourism sector is desired.
