IT Service Management Lead - Northallerton (Flexible & Remote Working Opportunities) - Up to £36,000

My North Yorkshire based client are looking for a Service Delivery profesional to play a major role for the service delivery of the organisation. The post-holder will lead the strategic development and operational management of the Service Support, Service Transiton and Service Architect Management functions and provides deputy cover for the Service Delivery Manager.

Role requirements;

  • Strong experience in Service Management, including design and transition experience.
  • Proven track record of innovative ICT solution provision and implementation, including contract management.
  • Understanding of developing and implementing ICT strategies, including experience of budgeting and managing budgets.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of IT compliance, regulations, best practice and related legislation.
  • You will have a proven track record of influencing senior level management and stakeholders
  • ITIL 3/4 qualified or excellent understanding of ITIL principles.

This role is paying up to £36,000 + a very strong package and offers both flexible and remote working (2 days per week) opportunities from the offset. It's a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing IT function.
