Currently we are looking for an IT Service Desk Team Lead to join a growing technology company in London (Paddington).

The IT Service Desk Team Lead will manage the Service Desk team, build strong relationships with stakeholders in the business, implement new and improved processes and provide support for users

Summary:

Role: IT Service Desk Team Lead

Location: London

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Responsibilities:

Lead the Service Desk (train, mentor, lead)

Implement new processes

Ensure incidents and service requests are handled within SLAs

Promote best-practice and ensure correct policy is followed

Manage and build relationships

Analyse and report on KPI's and trends

Provide use support across the Microsoft tech stack

Experience

Required:

  • Previous Service Desk Team Lead experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience of supporting the Microsoft technologies, especially Office 365
  • Previous experience of implementing new processes and procedures
