Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, you will land in a fast-paced environment supporting with over 5,000 users. Your role is brand new and will manage 10 support analysts and be responsibility for scaling the team in line with company growth.

Location: West Sussex (3 days WFH)

Rate: up to £400 (Inside IR35 - 6 months w/ likely extension)

Your role as IT Service Desk Lead

  • Knowledge and understanding of best practices for service management.
  • Knowledge of M365 product suite and microsoft stack.
  • Demonstrable experience leading a service desk environment, and strategy.
  • Experience managing incident response and escalation.
  • Experience creating processes and solutions using ITSM tools to provide appropriate governance of company procedures.
  • Solid experience providing 1st and 2nd line support.
  • Knowledge of ITIL (certifications would be a plus).
