Currently we are looking for a Dutch speaking IT Service Desk Analyst to join a global retailer in Bracknell.

The IT Service Desk Analyst will be an integral member of the support team. You will provide support at 1st line for users, troubleshooting issues across software and hardware.

Summary:

Role: IT Service Desk Analyst (Dutch speaking)

Location: Bracknell

Salary: £20,000 - £28,000

Responsibilities:

Provide 1st Line support across hardware and software.

Document incidents, problems and requests

Identify areas to improve in the environment and ensure that improvements are implemented

Experience

Required:

  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Ability to speak English and Dutch
  • Understanding of IT support (including Active Directory)

Desired:

  • Previous IT Support experience
  • EPOS support experience

This role will operate on a shift rota
