Reporting to the Head of ITSM, you will join a team who always look to promote within and rapidly propel progress careers within Service Management. Yours will be no different!

Your role will undertake the day-to-day support activities required to enable the IT Service Management Team to provide the oversight and governance of all internal and external services engaged by the ITSM team.

Location: City of London

Salary: up to £45,000

Your role as ITSM Analyst

  • Demonstratable ITSM Process and stakeholder management skills
  • Must be able to support the ITSM Team throughout the 2021 roadmap.
  • Experience of working in a complex multi-sourced environment.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Service Management processes, with the ability to support process mapping and development, workflows, service measurement, new service/supplier on-boarding.
  • Run efficient core ITIL process, ensure seamless service transition & integration with a focus on continual improvement.

In order to be successful as ITSM Analyst you will ideally have:

  • ITIL foundation certification
  • Experience of working in a complex multi-sourced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication
  • Ideally you will have a keen interest in ITSM, career potentially stemming from the Service Desk
