Industry leading client is seeking an IT Project manager to lead the implementation of a new service desk tool, service improvments across people and process. The successful candidate will have full accountability for the planning, execution and delivery of the implementation and have responsibility for managing and working with various internal & external stakeholders
Proven experience managing a service desk tooling implementation
Expert ITIL knowledge (Change, Incident, and Problem management)
Leavers and joiners
Experience managing third party vendors
Excellent stakeholder management skills
