Technology client is seeking a programme manager to lead a multimillion pound SNOW implementation. You will be required to lead the transformation remotley and ensure sucessful delivery of the platform upgrade. The successful candidate will have full accountability for the planning, execution and delivery of the projects and have responsibility for managing and working with various internal external stakeholders.
Proven experience managing ServiceNow transformations at the programme level
Ability to define project scope managing schedules, identifying risks, driving mitigation plans, and clearly communicating project status to stakeholders
3rd party vendor management
Strong ITIL knolwedge
