La Fosse are currently partnered with a customer who are looking to hire an IT Operations Support Engineer into their team, on an initial 3 month contract.
This role is outside IR35, fully remote and paying £300 per day.
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for managing and resolving a variety of technical issues and requests related to
Microsoft 365 services and AD, ensuring smooth and secure operations. This role involves handling incidents, monitoring updates, and providing user training and support.
Key experience needed:
- Strong knowledge of Active directory and Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID, Outlook, Power Platform, Stream etc.
- Experience with incident management and request fulfilment in ServiceNow.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with users and provide clear instructions and support.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
