Title: IT Operations Manager

Day Rate: £500 - £700 (Inside IR35)

Duration: 6 Months rolling contract

Based: London/Watford (Hybrid)

This is an exciting role working for one of the UK's leading construction companies as a an IT Operations Manager providing a blend of operational and project support. This role will be responsible for responsible for the delivery and security of IT Services to the Business Unit, in collaboration with the HQ central Infrastructure & Cyber teams. You will be working on tasks related to:

Driving performance and best practice through managers and teams
Major incident support. Identifying root causes and implementing permanent solutions
Manage relationship with HQ for IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security to ensure the team are performing
Accountability for IT Service Desk, Field Support, Site Implementations, Software and Hardware Asset Management, IT Procurement and Digital Workplace teams
Works to continually improve IT Service Delivery, seeking to improve quality and reliability whilst managing cost
Responsible for ensuring IT have Business Continuity plans in place and assisting HQ in co-ordination of DR testing activities
Lead problem management efforts to identify root causes and implement permanent solutions.
