A NHS trust are looking for a interim Information Governance Manager to be in the London office 3 days a week. This is a 3 month Contract and is Inside IR35
In this role, you will lead the Information Governance function as they look to embed a new, mature governance programme in line with the business transformation. You will own the strategy and lead the team responsible for all of information governance.
The Role -
Manage the day-to-day activities of the IG Team and work as a key contact for IG-related issues
Developing, implementing and monitoring policies and procedures to support the IG requirements
Acting as the Trust's specialist lead on all matters pertaining to Information Governance
To provide specialist technical advice throughout the business
Ability to be innovative and imaginative in the development of an information Governance function
You Must have -
Great Stakeholder management skills
Minimum five years' experience of working in the Information Governance field
Knowledge of Information Governance issues relevant to the NHS or Social Care including relevant specialist organisational / procedural / policy knowledge in relation to records and
Ability to undertake thematic analysis of risks, incidents and other compliance elements
