My client is a leading mid-cap PE fund, focused on generalist investments across Europe. They have recently invested in a start-up veterinary business, which is about to embark on an extensive buy and build strategy, and therefore will be undertaking a number of acquisitions over the coming 6 months.
Subsequently, they are looking for an Interim HR Executive to assist with everything people related.
The business is based in Madrid, and as such they require a fluent Spanish speaker, and the successful candidate must hold strong knowledge of Spanish employment law.
They are open to a variety of different backgrounds for this position, but it is important that the candidate has had significant experience in M&A in prior roles.
