La Fosse Associates are currently partnered with a large Legal business who are currently looking to recruit an Infrastructure Engineer to their team. This will be a permanent role paying up to £55,000 Per Annum and will be offering a large amount of remote flexibility with the main office based in Newcastle.

About the role:

The chosen applicant will be responsible for supporting and developing the Microsoft M365 platform with the focus on Unified Communications, Messaging, and Identity.

Working with the Platform Team who are based between our Newcastle and London office but provide support and resource across EMEA, you will be expected to deliver robust solutions following industry best practises that provide a seamless user experience across the EMEA region.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role covering 3rd line support.

  • Role specific Microsoft Certifications advantageous

  • Extensive experience supporting / Management of Exchange Online. Experience managing Exchange 2016 On Prem would be advantageous.

  • Extensive experience implementing / supporting Teams.

  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory/Azure AD/Azure SSO/Azure MFA

  • Strong knowledge of other M365 Services

  • Strong knowledge of email security, archiving and cleansing services preferably Mimecast

  • Extensive PowerShell skills

  • Experience of Windows Server systems e.g., 2016/2019

  • Understanding of core Networking TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.

  • Understanding of ITIL v3 or above and ITSM practices
