Security Engineer – London (Hybrid) – Inside IR35

Our client is looking for a Security Engineer to enhance its security engineering function within the Security team. Reporting to the Security Engineering Lead, this role will be pivotal to protect the organization’s IT infrastructure and ensuring a secure digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve vulnerabilities in software, hardware, and infrastructure.
• Design, implement, and maintain effective security measures and documentation.
• Perform risk assessments and recommend practical solutions to mitigate threats.
• Collaborate with teams to embed security best practices across the organization.
• Monitor and respond to potential risks and unusual system activity.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of security tools, frameworks, and risk management techniques.
