Cyber Manager/ Senior Security Consultant
A Not for Profit Organization requires a Technical Hands on Contract Cyber Manager/ Senior Security Consultant who can get involved in provisioning & restoring backups.
Day Rate: £650-£725pd
IR35 Status: Outside
Duration: 6 months initially
Travel: 1 day a week in Central London
This Security Manager will have the following previous experience:
- Worked as a Security Consultant/Manager in a technical hands on capacity
- Directly responsible for provisioning, ensuring secure backups, and managing the technical aspects of cybersecurity protocols
- Running cyber security training sessions , ensuring that best practices are understood and applied across the organisation.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Azure technologies, and experience with security standards (e.g., implementing cybersecurity certifications) is essential
- Familiar with cyber certifications and standards, such as ISO 27001 & Cyber Essential and knows what it takes to implement them
- Worked within small/lean technical teams previously
- Ideally worked within NFP, Education or Public Sector previously
