Incident and Problem Manager - Central London - 3-month contract

A growing software company are looking for a Incident and Problem Manager to come in and assist and document processes to help support internal users on process management and incident management.

  • Experience of Service Transition
  • Great communicator
  • Major Incidents and Problem management experience
  • Post Incident management experience
  • Investigations through root cause analysis
  • Creating reports for major Incidents and problems and producing process documentation
  • Extensive ITIL environments experience
  • Engage with and effectively manage stakeholders
  • Build and manage Service roadmaps
  • Leading all Service Transition activities
  • Defining, documenting and agreeing Service design.
  • Be Ability to influence stakeholders
  • Adopting a collaborative approach
  • Understanding of operational environments
  • In-depth Service design skills
