A large and well known property services company based in Central London are currently looking for an Incident and Problem Manager/Service Desk Manager. The role is an initial 6 month contract with the possibility to extend. The ideal candidate will need to set up ITIL processes around incident and problem management but also manage a team of up to 8 tech support. Key skills below -
