IAM / PAM Business Analyst (OUTSIDE IR35)

My client require an IAM Analyst with Active Directory Services and Azure knowledge to join an Identity and Access Management Programme team. This role will require a level of experience in capturing Identity Governance Access (IGA) and Privilege Access Management business requirement and data on an Enterprise scale.

This role will report into an the Identity & Access Project Manager ensuring that every Employee and Third-Party user have the appropriate levels of access; adopting industry best practices to protect the organization and improve its security posture.

The IAM/PAM BA will have the following experience:

  • Enterprise level Requirement capture for key IAM/PAM processes to secure Identities Microsoft Active Directory Services - Joiners, Movers, Leavers (JML), Multifactor Authentication, User Access Reviews, Re certification
  • Worked on projects delivering SailPoint and CyberArk technologies
  • Managing Senior stakeholders (Business & Application owner)
  • Analysing IT Risk & Audit findings
  • Global IAM programme experience for highly regulated organisations
  • Complex Requirements capture & analysts complex User data
  • Active Directory
  • JML Processes
  • Developing IAM procedures
  • Managing Senior stakeholders (Business & Application owner)
  • IT Risk & Audit
  • Strong Excel skills & Data Analytic skills
  • Functional/non-Functional requirements
  • Jira & Confluence
  • Creation of supporting documentation for the project.
  • Creation of supporting documentation for the improvement projects. This documentation could include e.g. system requirements, RACIs, processes, testing, acceptance criteria, user guides, run books etc.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to talk and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties. Experience with stakeholders in multiple geographies.
  • The ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within project timeframes.
  • Strong written documentation skills
