A Top 10 UK University is working with La Fosse to appoint a HR Transformation Programme Manager on a permanent basis.

Role Purpose:

Responsibility for the development of the vision and delivery of a HR transformation change programme, a key strategic initiative in the Universitys transformation portfolio. Apply best practice project, programme and change management methodologies across a cultural and organisational change and technology upgrade.

Knowledge and Experience:

> Senior Project and Programme Manager roles held most recently

> HR Transformation Change experience

> Prior experience in Higher Education or Public Sector benefical

> Leading a programme from initiation through to successful delivery

> Leading and managing a team previously


> Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal

> Coaching, negotating, communication and influencing skills

> Strong IT skills

> Flexible and able to work in a highly pressurised environment

> Good decision making and problem solving skills

> Proven ability to work confidently and assertively

> Strong organisation and priorisation skills


> Degree of similar professional qualification e.g. Prince2 Practitioner, Managing Successful Programmes Practitioner
