Role: HR Functional Design Lead

Location: London

Duration: 6 months

Start Date: ASAP

Rates: up to £650/day

Our London based client is currently looking for an experienced a Functional Design Lead for an initial 6 months to assist in a major global HR transformation initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and driving the HR solution as well as the build and test activities, ensuring the solution developed and implemented aligns to our client's strategy, ambitions and culture. You will lead detailed end-to-end solution design and processes including organisational foundational objects management, employee data management, joiners, movers and leavers processes, absence and time management, compensation and benefits processes to be designed and supported by SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and additional enabling technologies or services.

Key requirements:

  • Experience in HR transformation lifecycles - including scoping, design, building and testing of end-to-end solution (operating model, systems and process change) and project lifecycle
  • Experience in working on a complex change or transformation project
  • A track record of building, maintaining and managing strong relationships and stakeholder groups
  • Highly motivated and self-starter, with high level of energy and pro-active approach to work
  • Proven excellent people manager able to lead and motivate a team
  • Ability to communicate professionally, clearly and effectively to target audiences
  • Ability to drive design decisions and business outcomes using informed recommendations, whilst able to manage conflicts and differences in opinions
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines on multiple projects or tasks concurrently
  • Working knowledge of HR operating model, shared services, process KPIs is desirable
  • Proactive in seeking information, challenging norms and driving efficiency
  • Working with a global consumer base and different cultures
