Location: Covering the South West Region. Whilst your base office will be in Exeter in the South West region, we'll support you to work flexibly from home (providing a suite of IT equipment), whilst coming together on site to offer face to face support and collaboration when required

Join a Global Energy Company as a Regional HR Case Advisor and become an integral part of the front-end HR Case Operations team within Employee Services.
As a Regional HR Case Advisor, you will be providing a proactive and professional HR advice and guidance service meeting defined service levels, working closely with Employee Services colleagues as well as Business unit HRBP's and central Employee Relations teams.
The opportunity…
As a core member of the Employee Services team, you will lead managers through, predominantly but not exclusively, the four main case processes: Grievance, Disciplinary, Performance and Health Related Absence. You will be responsible for managing a variety of cases across each of these areas and will support and coach Advisors in the team, with accountability for all advice, relationships and casework management.
The Regional HR Case Advisor will be accountable for ensuring that HR case documentation and records are completed and kept up to date; they will support managers in applying the relevant company policies and procedures.
The role will require flexibility to travel within your assigned region, visiting various office locations across the SW.
What we're looking for…
We are looking for somebody with demonstrable HR case management experience, including excellence in client service delivery within a large organisation, broad knowledge of current employment legislation and best practice and demonstrable experience of supporting and attending case hearings. You will have a high standard of written documentation and previous experience of producing professional, succinct and robust letters, meeting notes, case documentation and reports to be used in formal meetings; excellent attention to detail is required.
You will ideally have achieved or be working towards Graduate membership of the CIPD or have equivalent professional experience.
Excellent relationship building, communication skills and a strong positive team ethic are all essential requirements for this role. As the Regional HR Case Advisor, you will attend formal case hearings and will be accountable to prepare, support, direct and coach managers through the hearing process in line with Company policy, guidelines, best practice and employment law requirements.
