Role: Head of UX, Design and Research
Salary: £80,000 - £120,000
Location: London
Head of UX, Design and Research required for one of the UK's fastest-growing music marketplaces. An exceptional leader of UX and UI Design is required to help the organisation design a portfolio of products as well as creating a world-class design team.
The successful individual will have experience managing the full product design lifecycle in both web and mobile based products, managing high-performing teams and managing senior stakeholders. This product led company is helping people around the world stay connected through market-leading technology.
Key Skills
- An extensive background in Product Design is essential, specifically exceptional skills in both UX design, UI design and Research
- Proven track record working on both web and mobile native apps is essential
- Management of multiple designers and researchers is essential
- Strong experience working across multiple products is essential
- Experience facilitating workshops is essential
- Experience working within an AGILE environment is essential
- Strong stakeholder management and communication is essential
- Working with teams in multiple locations is essential
