As Head of Technology Services you'll provide effective leadership and management to the Technology Services function which comprises of Service Delivery & Transition, Data Operations and Technical Services.

Salary: up to £74,000 per annum + benefits
Hours Per Week: 35
Key Duties:
Shape, plan, deliver and own the overall Technology Services Portfolio, ensuring a customer-first approach to the provision of services and support.
Possess the conceptual ability to address short term operational problems in a strategic context. This requires an understanding of the BHF's strategic aims as well as the internal workings and political dynamics of the day-to-day operation.
Apply in-depth, comprehensive knowledge to assess complex/novel issues and develop imaginative solutions based on sound understanding of changes and developments at all levels.
As Head of Technology Services you will:
Be a professional expert in your field, with an authoritative knowledge and understanding of all aspects of Technology Services.
Have expert knowledge of Service Delivery, IT governance and standards. Maintained and developed through training, certification and by undertaking research and developing external professional networks.
Have a good knowledge of infrastructure, business applications, and service desk operations
