This is a leadership role within a major government body.
In order to develop effective policy and operational interventions of the Covid-19 pandemic, there has been urgent need to understand infection rates and the extent it is being transmitted at a national and local level.
There are also critical questions that need answering from a public health perspetive about whether individuals who have tested positive now have immunity or whether individuals can be reinfected. This survey will be collecting data which will help answer these questions and build a picture of what our future living with COVID-19 will look like as a nation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the design & delivery of this extremely high profile Covid Survey which will be rolled out nationally.
You will be working as the lead for engagement with a UK leading research university in relation to all medical ethics and protocol of this formal survey.
