The Head of SAP is responsible for overseeing the Design, Build and Run aspects of the Enabling Services domain, which includes Finance, HR and Supply Chain systems used within the UK&I.
- The management of SAP Technical and Functional teams to investigate and develop new solutions to address a business opportunity, working alongside various stakeholders, from business requirements and strategy through planning and completion.
- Work closely with global counterparts to ensure a clear joined up vision is in place and look for ways to share resource and experiences across projects
- Promote and develop a strong culture of performance management within the regional team
Imperatives:
- A background in SAP
- Experience in S/4 HANA implementation, support and rollout; business process re-engineering / design (AS-IS, TO-BE) with focus on process improvement
- Strong supplier relationship management skills & experience, including planning and delivering continual improvement
- Ability to lead and operate in a matrix reporting environment, particularly across geographic boundaries where appreciation of cultural differences is important
- Line Management / Leadership experience
- Experience in managing offshore and outsourced support vendors
- Demonstrable experience of building productive relationships with stakeholders
- Evidence of working with different disciplines (Finance, IT, Business & Operations, External Vendors)
- Strong stakeholder management
