This critical initiative is part of a broader finance transformation programme and requires a strategic product leader with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CCH Tagetik, Anaplan, or similar FP&A platforms and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level product solutions.
The Role
As Head of Product, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the new FP&A tool, aligning the solution with business objectives and user needs.
- Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for the FP&A tool deployment.
- Partner with finance, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements, prioritise features, and oversee development.
- Ensure the tool is configured to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes effectively.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and milestones.
- Drive adoption of the FP&A tool through collaboration, training, and change management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a senior product leader, ideally within FP&A, financial systems, or finance transformation projects.
- Expertise in implementing FP&A platforms such as CCH Tagetik, Anaplan, or similar tools is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of finance processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- A strong track record of delivering large-scale product implementations in complex organisations.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Collaborative leadership style, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in or with consultancies is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid working environment (3 days per week onsite required).
