Job Title: Head of Performance Management and Technology

Contract type: 6-12-month contract, full time

Location: Hybrid (London based x2 a week)

Salary: £75,000- £80,000 per annum

Reports to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We have an exciting 6-12-month contract opportunity working in London with the UK's largest sports charity. They are looking to appoint a Head of Performance Management and Technology to develop their data strategy moving forward and set up processes within the organisation.

The organisation is in a crucial transitional stage and need an experienced and confident individual to drive progress forward. They have a range of projects underway across technology and change including a Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and SharePoint transition.

Responsibilities will include managing the overview of cyber security, GDPR and technology, managing and structuring small teams, managing 3rd party service users and recruiting a permanent replacement.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in a Head of/Senior role relating to technology and/or performance management
  • Experience of implementing a CRM Experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience developing data strategies and processes
  • Solid understanding of managing infrastructure/digital projects
  • Experience managing both technical and cultural areas relating to changes and/or developments in strategies and processes
  • Understanding of SharePoint is desirable
  • Experience with end-to-end delivery is highly beneficial
  • Experience working a similar role in charities, education or public sector is advantageous
