Head of Marketing
London Based (Hybrid working, 3 days per week on site)
Competitive Salary up to £100K P/A + package with bonus, dependant on experience
Our London based high growth B2B HR Tech client are currently going through an exciting period for the business and looking at how they can mature and define their digital marketing and operations as they scale the business. They are looking for a dynamic marketing leader with proven success in effectively growing businesses and brands.
In this position you will take ownership for the companies B2B and B2B2C marketing strategies and will be sat on the Leadership team and will bring new perspectives and solutions to enable exponential growth and greater market share penetration. This will include maturing and growing the brand awareness, sales optimisation activity, partner marketing and campaign design and will lead, nurture, and grow our marketing team as we enter a period of significant growth for the business. You will be responsible for working closely with sales and product teams to grow existing channels, establish new markets and exceed targets.

The ideal candidate needs to be able to think strategically, recruit and hire exceptional talent, and execute in a hands-on capacity. As a trusted member of the senior management team, you must be an authentic collaborator, strong leader and a proactive, strategic problem solver.
The successful candidate for this position will have a career background and experience across the following remit and leadership areas;
A number of years of experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing; 5+ years leading a team that covers different specialisms such as product marketing, performance marketing, brand, comms, and content marketing.
Covered a range of Marketing areas in both a strategic and hands on capacity including, but not limited to, brand positioning / messaging, performance and growth marketing, partner marketing, Thought Leadership content, Sales enablement and optimisation activity as well as others.
Experience in high-growth SaaS, HR tech, fintech, insurance/insurtech, on-demand platforms or would be highly advantageous
A proven track record of increasing customer acquisition, engagement and retention
A proven success scaling a multi-disciplinary marketing team in a high-growth environment
Deep experience designing and implementing marketing strategies and demand generation programmes that have consistently contributed to meeting/exceeding revenue targets, including experience with ABM, CRM, content marketing and events
Strategic and analytical mindset; you make data-driven decisions with a strong results-oriented bias with a focus towards action and rapid experimentation. You know how to quickly fail and win faster.
Exceptional written, visual and verbal communication and are a compelling storyteller
Demonstrated success working effectively with sales and product teams and in doing so have a high bar in developing and leveraging user insights
You have a strong sense of ownership, tenacious and with determination to make things happen
A problem-solving mindset, and strong commercial judgement
Thrives in a busy and agile, changing environment
