Position – Head of IT

Location – Hampshire (Hybrid working avaialble – Leadership team often work remotely)

Salary – £90,000 – £120,000 + Benefits (dependant on experience and remit)

Background:

We have been engaged by a Private Equity house in their search for a Head of IT who will be instrumental in supporting a huge period of transformation and growth through acquisition.

Reporting to the CFO and working closely with other members of the SLT/Board, you will be responsiboe for Day to Day operations while also managing strategy, supplier management and Regulatory Framework adherance.

For this role you will need:

Substantial experience in an SME/SBE IT leadership role

Ability to remain ‘hands-on’ when required

Relevant expertise with broader Microsoft stack and Regulatory Frameworks ESSENTIAL in this role

Commercial mindset in addition to technical expertise

Bonus points for:

Experience within highly regulated sectors, or especially within the Scientific or Engineering verticals

Ability to demonstrate experience in managing an IT estate’s growth via acquisition.
