Position: Head of CRM Programme

Location: West London

Salary: £90,000 - £110,000K + Bonus

Head of CRM Programme Management required to join a FTSE 250 Financial Services organisation and manage the deliver of the CRM programme across the Bank. The Head of CRM programme will drive CRM forward across the Bank, working alongside peers in the CRM Centre of Excellence to ensure the Bank has an overall programme plan, risks are sufficiently understood and managed and defining and ensuring budgets are in place. As a member of the CRM Centre of Excellence, the Head of CRM Programme will focus activities on the agreed strategic direction of the programme whilst also liaising with leadership teams, providing insights allowing budgets to be controlled, risks to be managed and programme timelines to be clearly understood.

Ideal candidate:

  • Background operating within a FTSE 250 organisation, ideally with Banking or Financial Services experience is essential
  • Proven track record in the end-to-end delivery of a CRM Programme is essential including all governance, assurance and benefits realisation
  • Proven track record of previously operating as a delivery focused Programme Manager is essential
  • Experience in managing budgets in excess of £10m + is essential
  • B2B experience is essential
  • Strong track record of managing 3rd party vendors is essential
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills working with the 'C' suite.
