A leading online retailer are looking for a Head of CRM to join their growing Digital team for a minimum of 6 months. Paying up to £550 p/day in South West London, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to help scale the business and the customer base. You must have experience within an Ecommerce Environment ideally within retail.

You will:

- Deliver a 1:1 customer contact and planning strategy to deliver an enhanced brand communication experience across all of their digital platforms & channels

- Excellent knowledge of analytics packages (GA or Omniture) and BI platforms (they use Tableau)

- Work with our Global Head of Digital Marketing and Global Head of Trading to develop a 360 view of the customer across all digital touchpoints

- Manage the customer lifecycle using CDP & CLV from acquisition to retention, as well as the targets and performance of these metrics

-Responsible for the database segmentation, customer communication strategy as well as the targeted digital marketing activities - implementing CLV strategies

- Work with our wider internal teams to build a CDP (Customer Data Platform) - using analytics and CRM capability to stitch together the data end to end across all the digital marketing, behavioural and transactional activity

-Work with our BI and Analytics & Insights team to develop the metrics key to profitable customer acquisition and retention - CAC (Customer Acquisition Model)

-Develop & optimize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) strategy to ensure maximum profitability and reduction in churn
