Position - Head of Change & Release Management

Location - Kent

Salary - circa £90-100K (plus bonus & benefits)

I am currently working with a leading insurance group, who are actively seeking a Head of Change & Release Management.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience of managing ITIL centric Change Management and Release Management functions, with a headcount of 15+ FTE.
  • Experience of owning, developing and implementing ITIL Service Transition processes.
  • ITIL Certified (ITIL Expert or ITIL Service Transition desired).
  • Proven experience of mentoring teams and upskilling on;
    • Collaborative working
    • Change Management Lifecycle including how to run successful CABs/ECABs
    • Release Management Lifecycle (test and live environments)
    • Service Asset & Configuration including CMDB management/governance
    • Managing end-to-end projects
    • Reporting and documentation utilising ITSM toolset (ServiceNow).
  • Experience of working in a corporate blue-chip or FTSE listed organisation.
