Head of Business Change & Projects

This is a great opportunity to join the leadership team of a rapidly growing, PE backed, international organisation who provide online products and software solutions.

This role will report directly to Board level, and work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure the effective delivery of a variety of transformational programmes of work required to support the organisation’s strategic objectives.

In this newly formed role, this individual will play a key role in establishing the frameworks, methodologies and governance for how strategic projects are delivered, whilst managing, mentoring and developing teams of Business Analysts and Project Managers.

Suitable applicants will be able to demonstrate experience in a ‘Head of’ or Leadership role, ideally in a SaaS or Digital Product environment. They will have a passion change, and be able to lead teams to apply differing methodologies practically and at pace to ensure success delivery of a range of projects.

Culture and collaboration is key to this organisation, so whilst they embrace hybrid working, this role will require 3 days per week in their fantastic modern headquarters in Sheffield.
