Group Head of CRM - Consumer Goods - £140,000 - London
Are you a talented CRM professional looking for an incredible opportunity to join global consumer goods business based in Central London? La Fosse Associates are currently partnering with this business to recruit a forward thinking and progressive Group Head of CRM.
You will be responsible for partnering with the group functions as well as IT and digital leaders across the individual businesses to shape and implement a sustainable enterprise CRM and experience/channel personalisation strategy, and associated technology agenda, to enable the group operating model.
You will act as the single point of contact for CRM and personalisation strategy at a group level. You will participate in strategy discussions, assessment of new opportunities and providing updates on progress of the CRM and personalisation and wider digital agenda.
Development of a sustainable CRM and personalisation strategy, and associated technology roadmap, to support the group functions, taking on board different perspectives and needs from each of the functions and individual businesses, as well as the overall technology strategy and direction.
Development of a matching CRM and personalisation operating model to underpin the CRM and personalisation strategy and technology roadmap.
Ensure buy-in from Group Operating Committee, group functional leads, and relevant technology and functional leaders from across all 4 Businesses.
Support the businesses in the execution of their CRM roadmaps and ensure the business lead implementation programmes benefit from group wide progress and thinking
Select and manage external vendors as needed, and ensure IT needs are clearly articulated, whilst leveraging resources in each of the 4 businesses to successfully execute the programmes of work and to establish business as usual operational capabilities.
Experience in leading CRM and personalisation strategy within a large, global consumer goods, manufacturing, or retail enterprise.
Strategic thinker - able to take a strategic view of technology against a backdrop of 4 quite different and complex businesses and an evolving group operating model
Exceptional influencing and advocacy skills, able to inspire and orchestrate within a matrix organisation.
Strong programme management - proven ability to manage complex technology programmes on a large scale / international basis.
Ability to establish global and harmonious working relationships, cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) - able to convey complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
Awareness of latest trends, approaches and insights in CRM and experience/channel personalisation.

Salary and Benefits
The salary on offer for this Group Head of CRM is £100,000 - £140,000 plus exceptional benefits and unrivalled career progression.
