Role: GDPR Programme Manager

Salary: £65K-£75K + Package

Location: Central London

GDPR Programme Manager required to join one of the UK's leading Charities that are required to address a number of key strategic Data initiatives in order to become compliant to the new GDPR legislation by 25th May. You will be responsible for co-ordinating all aspects of the end-to-end programme to ensure the correct governance, quality assurance and control processes throughout.

It is essential that you can demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and an ability to bring the business on a journey and experience in delivering Business Change and IT programmes is essential (ideally with a specific focus around Data and Compliance). This is a highly visible role within the organisation and has the opportunity to grow into addressing the enterprise-wide strategy for the firm looking at innovative initiatives around BI, Reporting and Data and Analytics.

Ideal candidate:

  • Background working within a Corporate environment is essential
  • Background operating as a Programme Manager is essential
  • Ability to demonstrate shaping Programmes up from scratch, including ownership of Programme plan, monitoring and reporting of progress and management of programme level risks and issues
  • Track record in delivering initiatives in relation GDPR is ideal (will consider other Data or Compliance initatives)
  • Experience working in both AGILE & Waterfall methodologies is essential
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with 'C' Level Executives in the business.
  • MSP, PMP, PMI is essential.
