GDPR Business Analyst required urgently for a leading retailer based in London. This is an initial three month contract paying up to £550pd. The successful candidate will have worked in the retail sector.
My client are currently in the process of starting up a GDPR project to focus on the compliance needed to meet the legislative changes that are coming in 2018. With that in mind they need to recruit a hybrid GDPR/B.A./Business Change specialist to lead their analysis in this space.
The role will be required to work alongside their existing BA community and business colleagues and will initially analyse the current state of compliance to the proposed GDPR legislation and identify any gaps within ways of working and/or technology that will need to be addressed within industry timelines. This role therefore needs the ability to understand and accurately document processes and any associated data. In order to meet this brief, you should demonstrate recent experience of the following:
- Business improvement specialist skills and leadership preferably with some background in the fields of compliance, GDPR, ISO 27001. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate at all levels of the organisation and effectively manage their own time to planned milestones. They should be personable and naturally inquisitive, enjoys working with and understanding a variety of functions across the business
- Business Analysis skillset with the ability to clearly document processes (as is) and recommend the necessary changes to comply with the proposed legislation
- Data analysis/interrogation skills in order to be able to understand our current repositories of data and how we handle any personal data within them and its use across the associated processes.
