Position - Service Desk Team Lead
Location - Oxford/Hybrid
Salary - £40,000 - £50,000 + Benefits
We are working with a well known hospitality organisation who are going through a significant period of growth and transformation.
They are looking for a Service Desk Team Lead to manage a small team or EUC/1st - 2nd Line Engineers supporting over 10,000 employees.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Strong experience line managing 1st and 2nd line support engineers
- Good understanding of various technologies such as Windows, OS, SCCM, Azure, VPN and VOIP
- Extensive experience working and integrating with an outsourced IT Service Desk
- Experience working in a fast paced, customer centric environment
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Driven, motivated and hands-on attitude
This role is based in Oxford (with flexible working) and comes with a generous salary between £40,000 - £50,000 + Additional Benefits.
