ETRM/DevOps Support Analyst – London – £600-700/day – Commodities

(Endur, SQL, .NET, Azure, ETRM)

We’re working with a market leading energy company that are looking for support analyst to join them on a contract basis. This role will be inside IR35 and be based in Canary Wharf.

Please note the day rate is negotiable for the right person.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Requirement to be UK onshore, 3 days per week in office and part of the “BAU” Support Team
• Prefer to have worked in direct user-facing support teams before, and Commodity / Finance / IT institutions.
• Will be required to own issues and interface with business to take on support issues or questions and drive out requirements/root cause/resolution end to end
• Will be required to own and interface with wider I&E Teams to ensure issues/enhancement are correctly ‘backlogged’ to other workstreams as required
• Clear communication skills – various formats required
• Will be required to support a range of applications and user bases, and to be able to pick up a wide range of issues and questions.
• Candidate to have basic database/SQL skills

Key thing here is you must have experience in a support role, in trading and/or Finance, ideally with Endur.

This role will be an initial 6-month contract with a very likely extension.
