Enterprise Security Architect | Full-Time, Permanent | Peterborough | £85,000

La Fosse has an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to exchange their current role for one in financial services with an organisation that are working in a similar capacity to companies such as other well-known financial providers.

Cyber Security is seen as a key strategic pillar within the organisation as the methods attackers use to evolve, we recognise the requirement to remain dynamic in its defence against such threats. As an Enterprise Security Architect, you will work on services of high complexity and risk, making decisions to enable the business to achieve its needs.

You will be

· Working on projects with high strategic impact, setting a strategy that can be used in the long term and across the breadth of the organisation.

· Communicating with a broad range of senior stakeholders and being responsible for defining the vision, principles, and strategy for security architects.

· Defining security target architecture and building security reference architecture patterns through various projects/programs.

· Mentor teams of security best practices and build cyber security as part of change DNA.

· Be a recognised expert and demonstrate this expertise by solving unprecedented issues and problems.

· Promote modern ways of working using the DevSecOps delivery model

Desirable

· Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and to influence key stakeholders.

· Professional approach.

· Financial Services industry experience.

· Familiarity with ITIL concepts such as incident, problem and change management

· Certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISMP, GCIH, CEH, CCNA Security, Security+, CHFI.

· Working Knowledge of IT Security Compliance (PCI DSS, Data Protection Act, Sarbanes Oxley, ISO17799)

· Bachelor's in computer science/IT/Electronics Engineering, M.C.A. or equivalent University degree

· Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the IT security industry.
