We have a brand new opportunity for an End User Technology Office 365 Specialist to join our team in London. This is a great oppertunity to join one of the UK's leading independent providers in fin-tech, specifically within wealth management.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for the continuing development, introduction and adoption of Office365 and its associated components within our End User Technology services. You will work alongside likeminded individuals responsible for the delivery of our new and upgraded services.

In this role you will be required to work closely with stakeholders to improve user experience and drive the continuing improvement of our Office 365 estate including the introduction of new services.

You will be required to produce business improvement plans for the Office 365 estate and produce relevant documentation to provide a unified user experience and to ensure we put the end user first and we achieve a consistent experience across our delivery platforms.

Travel throughout the UK, Jersey and Dublin will be required.

Principal Activities:

  • You must have extensive experience with Microsoft Products, be able to design, implement and support Office 365
  • To move the support of the O365 environment into the main support functions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in assessing, discovering, integrating and transitioning clients to Office 365
  • Liaise with other Technology teams, including but not limited to, IT Support and other support teams to gather feedback and define the user adoption on-going strategy.


  • At least 5 years' relevant experience in End User technology.
  • Excellent knowledge of introducing Office 365 and associated technologies.
  • Experience of working with and understanding team dynamics and how to ensure teams function to their best.


  • Contagious Enthusiasm and desire to promote Office 365 capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Office 365 application stack.
