Position - End User Support Technician

Location - London

Salary - £30,000 - £40,000 + Benefits

Background:

One of the world's best known and luxurious department stores are looking for an End User Support Technician to join their Front Office Team. This team spans all of their sites and provides 2nd line support and technical advice to over 4,000 users across a variety of technologies.

You will be responsible for owning issues, service requests and have a strong technical background to ensure issues are dealt with in the most efficient way. As the face of IT across the business, you will liaise closely with staff across the stores through to the senior leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in End User/Desktop transformation and consolidation.
  • Experience working within an ITIL environment.
  • Experience with Windows and MAC OS (Windows 7/10 and Server 2008/2012).
  • O365/Exchange/Skype troubleshooting skills.
  • Desktop application management - SCCM/AppV/AppSense
  • Experience with remote device management for MAC and Mobile (AirWatch etc)
