Your role is a brand-new senior and strategic hire to play a pivotal role in the transformation journey ahead, to position the business as a digitally led, technology inclusive premium carrier.

You will be the SPOC for the entire infrastructure in use in the enterprise. You'll work closely with the business, influencing at all levels and ensure we continually improve the services delivered to customers, employees, and shareholders. Team size is 20 FTE, with 5 direct reports.

Rate: Flexible - c. £700 per day (Inside IR35 - 12 months)

Location: City of London (2 days per week)

Your role as End User Services Manager

  • Collaborate with Global/Regional Service Desk to deliver the best possible user experience and constantly evolve the digital workplace environment.

  • Creation and management of standard builds and configurations for the range of infrastructure, network, and end user devices.

  • Ensuring all devices are regularly maintained and patched in accordance with policies, processes, and procedures, and that any exceptions are appropriately managed.

  • Providing technical solutions to large enterprise projects such as software upgrades and tech-refresh initiatives for end-of-service-life (EOSL) hardware and software

  • Comprehensive strategic consulting and management of customers at management level, establishment and expansion of a high level of customer loyalty

  • Development of a vision and creation of an implementation plan for future digital workplace environment.

To be successful as End User Services Manager

  • You are a strong contact and communication leader who has in-depth experience in complex IT projects and strategies.

  • Well-rounded ITSM and Digital Workplace experience, proven ability managing stakeholders.

  • Able to provide thought leadership on the technology roadmap for the business.

  • Modern experience with regards to Microsoft Estate, Windows 11 and Autopilot

  • Managed identical sized teams.

  • Ideally experienced with M&A activity, specifically integrations.
