Ecommerce Manager - Online Beauty - £75,000 - London

Are you a talented ecommerce professional looking for an incredible opportunity to join a global beauty business headquartered in Central London? La Fosse Associates are currently partnering with this business to recruit for a forward thinking and progressive Ecommerce Manager to join their global team.

The Role

You will be expected to own and deliver on the set business plans through ecommerce trading, content, managing workflows, delivering projects and customer communications. As a key member of the digital leadership team you will be tasked with global requirements with local customer facing and commercial objectives.

You will gain full responsibility of:

  • Planning and executing marketing and promotional calendar, driving sales and margin, improving average transaction size, and order frequency.
  • Ensuring alignment with global vision whilst maintaining local relevance
  • Driving the agenda as key leadership team for mobile and web site optimisation, technical and aesthetic, navigation, performance and functionality to positively impact e commerce efforts.
  • SEO - working with the external consultancy and inhouse SEO team, ensuring the site architecture and content is optimised to ensure best practice.
  • PPC - working with a team of 4 people to ensure the ROI, revenue and growth targets are met both in the UK and internationally.
  • Conversion rate optimisation - Working with the CRO Manager and external CRO consultancy to ensure that the business is relentlessly improving.
  • Analysis and reporting of the website.

Your Profile

  • Track record in growing ecommerce channels for a business.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Numbers driven professional with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Comfortable getting hands dirty.
  • Comfortable with Google Analytics reporting.

They are a global pure play beauty business headquartered in London. They have seen rapid growth in the last 3 years with the turnover of the business being over £80M. They are moving into new international markets and are looking for a strong ecommerce professional to lead this.

Salary and Benefits

The salary on offer for this Ecommerce Manager role is £60,000 - £75,000 plus exceptional benefits and unrivalled career progression.
