Ecommerce Manager - Travel (online platform) - £60,000 - London

Are you a talented Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager looking for an incredible opportunity to join a hotel and accommodation booking service business based in London? La Fosse Associates are currently partnering with this business to recruit for a forward thinking and progressive Ecommerce Manager to join their global team.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering online marketing and sales plans to drive site traffic to convert into profitable sales across the businesses growing B2C product offering. You will help to deliver online revenue growth, increase customer acquisition, engagement and retention through innovative and strategic digital marketing initiatives and ongoing website optimisation.

You will gain full responsibility of:

  • Developing and managing the digital and ecommerce marketing strategy aligned to the overall business and marketing strategy to drive sales.
  • Day-to-day management of the merchandising of the ecommerce website, to ensure it is always fully optimised, updated regularly and delivering conversion at an agreed %.
  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Analysing and tracking performance results against targets.
  • Driving acquisition via the following digital channels; Paid Search, Affiliates, Meta and SEO
  • Planning and managing of digital budgets and optimising ROI.

Your Profile

  • 3+ years' experience in B2C digital marketing & Ecommerce.
  • Data-driven digital enthusiast.
  • Experience using analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience working across different team functions.
  • Enjoy working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.

The Ecommerce Manager will be joining a marketing team of 10 people based in the UK. They are based in their luxurious HQ in West London.

Salary and Benefits

The salary on offer for this Ecommerce Manager role is £38,000 - £45,000 plus exceptional benefits and unrivalled career progression.
