Ecommerce Manager - Insurance - Birmingham - £50,000

Are you a talented Ecommerce Manager looking for an incredible opportunity to join a professional services business based in Birmingham? La Fosse Associates are currently partnering with this business to recruit for a forward thinking and progressive Ecommerce Manager to join their growing digital team.

The Role

You will report directly in the Chief Marketing Officer and work closely with the technology and development team to play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the IT and commercial sides of the organisation. You will be responsible for the optimisation of the customer journey across all routes to market, including overseeing implementation of the A/B testing strategy to increase conversion rates for the full product portfolio. This will also include building and managing relationships with all relevant stakeholders.

You will gain full responsibility of:

  • Optimisation of site content, customer journey and commercial performance across all route to market.
  • Proactively manage keep relationships with aggregators.
  • Leading UX/Design and site function delivery.
  • Making recommendations for and run A/B tests providing actionable insights.
  • Utilising web analytics to ensure improved business performance and develop insights.
  • Analysing data and providing insights on a regular basis to assist the team to make data driven decisions that improve the customer acquisition, conversion and retention.

Your Profile

  • 4+ years eCommerce experience across usability, UX and conversion.
  • Highly analytical with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience using Google Analytics.
  • Strong Communication skills.
